هالصفحة بتشرح كيف تمسح حسابك بلولوليش ومعلوماته، مع التطبيق أو بدونه.
بالتطبيق (الأسرع)
- افتح لولوليش وروح على أنا.
- انزل لتحت واكبس امسح الحساب، وبعدين أكّد.
بدون التطبيق
ابعت إيميل لـsupport@lololesh.com بعنوان "امسحوا حسابي" ومعه رقم التلفون تبع الحساب. ممكن نطلب منك تأكيد من هالرقم. منمسح الحساب خلال [7] أيام.
لغي الاشتراك أول
مسح الحساب ما بيوقف الدفع بآب ستور أو جوجل بلاي. لغي بلس أو جولد من اشتراكات آبل أو اشتراكات جوجل بلاي.
شو بينمسح وشو بيضل
- بينمسح فوراً: بروفايلك، صورك، ملفاتك الصوتية، أجوبتك، إعجاباتك، ماتشاتك، رسائلك ورسائلك الصوتية، رموز الإشعارات وسجلات الاشتراك.
- بيضل لفترة محدودة: البلاغات اللي عملتها أو انعملت عنك، وأقل إشي لازم لنمنع حدا محظور يرجع (لحد [3] سنين)؛ النسخ الاحتياطية (بتنكتب فوقها خلال [30] يوم)؛ سجلات شراء القانون بيلزمنا نحتفظ فيها.

- גללו למטה, הקישו מחיקת חשבון ואשרו.
בלי האפליקציה
שלחו מייל ל-support@lololesh.com עם הנושא "מחיקת החשבון שלי" ומספר הטלפון של החשבון. ייתכן שנבקש אישור מהמספר הזה. החשבון יימחק תוך [7] ימים.
קודם לבטל את המנוי
מחיקת החשבון לא עוצרת חיובים ב-App Store או ב-Google Play. בטלו את Plus או Gold במנויי אפל או במנויי Google Play.
מה נמחק ומה נשמר
- נמחק מיד: הפרופיל, התמונות, הקבצים הקוליים, התשובות, הלייקים, המאצ'ים, ההודעות וההודעות הקוליות, אסימוני ההתראות ורישומי המנוי.
- נשמר לזמן מוגבל: דיווחים שהגשת או שהוגשו עליך, והמינימום הדרוש כדי למנוע ממי שנחסם לחזור (עד [3] שנים); גיבויים (נדרסים תוך [30] יום); רישומי רכישה שהחוק מחייב לשמור.
Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Lololesh account and its data, with or without the app.
In the app (the quickest way)
- Open Lololesh and go to Me.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.
Without the app
Email support@lololesh.com with the subject “Delete my account” and the phone number of the account. We may ask you to confirm from that number. We delete the account within [7] days.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not stop App Store or Google Play payments. Cancel Plus or Gold in your Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
What is deleted, what is kept
- Deleted straight away: your profile, photos, voice files, answers, likes, matches, messages and voice notes, push tokens and premium records.
- Kept for a limited time: reports you made or that were made about you, and the minimum needed to stop a banned person from returning (up to [3] years); backups (overwritten within [30] days); purchase records that the law requires us to keep.
